青春の輝き?ヴェリー・ベスト・オブ・カーペンターズ

　３年生の「５月の歌」です。古典ですけど、やっぱり人気があります。「次、カーペンターズにしようかなぁ」と言っていたら、この曲のリクエストが圧倒的に多かったです。以前、ちょっと難しいかなぁと思いつつ、１年生で歌わせた年もありました。３年生なら問題ないや、と思ってたら、ちょっとキーが高すぎるようです。男子は悪戦苦闘しながら歌ってます。（笑）

　今年は、ネットで探したり、自分で訳したりしながら、できるだけ訳詞も生徒に配るようにしています。それだけでも、歌に対する思い入れに変化が生まれることもあります。また、気になった表現を対訳から探し出す作業も、結構いいトレーニングになりそうです。
